NOTES FOR BIDDERS:
- Payment will be done after service and through Bank transfers.
- Acceptable Invoices are those generated from the Electronic Billing Machines (EBM).
- Supplier will make the delivery to WIR offices in Kicukiro.
- Bids will be evaluated based on prices and delivery period.
- Submission of at least 3 recommendations of a satisfactory printing service.
