JOB DETAILS:
We are recruiting an energetic minded production officer to join our core team. The job will be located in Ndera Sector to the main office and will report to the Operations Manager.
Summary: Directs and coordinates activities of production department in processing materials or manufacturing products by performing the following duties:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and motivate production process day & night shifts to meet quality and performance standards.
• Record all production metrics to report to the management of the company
• Work with Operations Manager to execute the strategic plan and grow the business.
• Assign work to production staff as needed
• Liaise with managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements of production unit
• Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
• Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel
• Prepare and submit daily report of production to upper management

Qualifications, Education, and Experience:

• University Degree from accredited technical school.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other common PC
• Creative Thinking- Strong problem-solving skills
• Sense of Urgency- Ability to meet deadlines, understand what is important and to determine when an issue needs to be elevated in priority
• Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information;
