VSO CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY

VSO is a global development organisation. Our purpose is to create a fair world for everyone through the lasting power of volunteering.

We are running a tender process with the intention of identifying suppliers with the capacity to deliver high quality teaching and learning materials that meet the educational needs of the pre-primary schools in Rwanda. We are seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced suppliers/companies.

Scope of wok

The scope of work includes, but not limited to:

• Production and supply of materials such as: Set of building blocks made from wood, set of dice made from fabric and foam to name a few.
• Ensuring compliance with the quality standards (all samples must receive REB approval before proceeding to mass production).
• Timely delivery.

VSO’s requirements:

• Supplier/Companies profile, including years of experience in similar projects.
• Evidence of previous work
• Details of production capacity
• Any additional information to demonstrate capacity and expertise.
• Company registration certificate
• Valid RSSB certificate
• Valid RRA tax clearance

Expressions of interest: all expressions of interest must be received by VSO by 19^th February 2025 and must be submitted electronically (emailed) to the following email address: TenderRwanda@vsoint.org The EOI includes a contact name, company name, physical address, phone and email address.

Tender documents: tender documents will be sent to those who have expressed interest, following the close of the EOI period.
