The Building Learning Foundations programme (BLF) is funded by the United Kingdom’s Department for International Development (DFID) and aims to improve the quality of teaching and leadership in all of Rwanda’s government-supported primary schools. BLF seeks to recruit a Programme Officer. The Programme officer's main role is to assist with the coordination of the day-to-day BLF activities of the programme, support in programme planning and design for activities with implementing partners, including contributing to the preparation of budget, programme and work plans.
