Kigali Public Library is looking for a cleaning company to provide cleaning and gardening services that has experience in cleaning public places.

Instructions and criteria:

1. All quotations should be submitted in a sealed envelope with the title as” Cleaning and Gardening services provision at Kigali Public Library” and submitted physically at Kigali Public Library’s Reception no later than May 20^th 2023 at 5pm.
2. The quotations should include VAT certificate along with a valid tax clearance certificate from RRA, a valid Trading license from RDB with at least 4 years’ experience in similar activities.
3. The bidder should present 3 completion certificates from reputable public institutions to substantiate his competency.
4. The bidder’s monthly cost of all the services will include needed materials and equipment, Garbage collection cost, number of Cleaners and their salaries.
5. A detailed list of all materials and equipment needed on a daily basis to carry out the assignment should be annexed to the quotation.
6. Any quotation with missing information will be immediately excluded
7. The tender committee members will analyse and select the best bidder and inform each bidder of the final decision.
