Willows International Rwanda would like to get Car rental services per the below specifications. (Suppliers are permitted to quote for what they have in stock) 

Car Rental Services 

Willows international Rwanda will be conducting trainings in Rusizi and Ngoma for more than 6months operating in all Health centers per district. 

For Rusizi;

(Gihundwe,Nkanka,Shagasha,Giheke,Nyakarenzo,Islamic,Bugarama,Rusizi,Gikundamvura,Nkombo,MTCyangungu,Mashesha,Nyabitimbo,Bweyeye,Nkungu,Rwinzuku,Mushaka,Mibilizi,Nyakabuye) 

For Ngoma;

(Rukira,Gituku,Rubona,Kibungo,Mutenderi,Remera,Gashanda,Gasetsa,Kirwa,Sangaza,Nyange, Jaram,Rukoma sake, Rukumberi, Zaza). 

WIR requests you to quote for 2 options per month for; 

1. i) Car rental services with driver + fuel.
2. ii) Car rental services with driver only.

NOTES FOR BIDDERS: 

1. Payment will be done after service for Stationaries, and monthly for Car rental services.
2. Acceptable Invoices are those generated from the Electronic Billing Machines (EBM)
3. Submit your quotations by the 27^th June 2023.
4. Please mention your delivery period
5. Supplier will be requested to pack the stationaries per WIR’s lists to Health centers.
