The United Nations Refugee Agency in Rwanda is inviting existing or prospective organizations that wish to participate in a UNHCR operation and contribute complementary resources (Human resources, Knowledge, funds, in-kind contributions, supplies and/or equipment) to supporting refugees, asylum seekers and returnees through managing the health services delivery, which will be formalized under a Partnership Agreement with an organization presenting a best fit proposal.
