Title: Provision of Printing and Branding/Design Services

Client : Association des Guides du Rwanda

Association des Guides du Rwanda (AGR) hereby invites qualified bidders (local) to submit their bids for the provision of Printing and Branding/Design Services, where the organization will enter into a one-year framework contract with the best evaluated bidder.

Tender Documents may be obtained on any working day from 14 May 2021 from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm at AGR National Centre, KK 39 Ave, No. 34, Gikondo in the Secretariat Office, upon presentation of a proof payment of a nonrefundable fee of ten thousand Rwandan Francs (10,000Frw) deposited to Account N° 00040-00004820-03 opened at Bank of Kigali (BK) under the name of Association des Guides du Rwanda, in Bank of Kigali.

Well printed bids written in French or English language, addressed to the Executive Secretary, P.O Box 76 Kigali, properly bound and presented in three copies of which, one is original and two copies, in sealed envelopes marked “Request for provision of printing and branding/design services” be submitted to the office Reception by 27 May 2021 at 01.30 pm.

Bids will be opened at AGR on 27 May 2021 at 02.00 pm in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at AGR offices.
