Participation is open to all competent bidders who fulfil the requirements as per the bid document.

The bid document is only obtained upon submission of proof of bid purchase of a non-refundable fees equivalent to twenty thousand (20,000) Rwanda francs to the Prime Insurance Ltd account opened at COGEBANQUE 130-1000004-37.

NB: The request for bid document shall be submitted on the following email ITCGeneral@prime.rw

All bids shall be submitted onsite no later than September 7^th, 2023 at 03:00 pm Kigali time. Late bids will not be accepted.

The bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the submission deadline above mentioned.
