TENDER TITLE: Provision of WI-FI Expansion Project

INVITATION TO TENDER № 58/FRWA/ADMIN/BK/SP/10/06/2025

Bank of Kigali (BK) Plc would like to invite bids from local, regional and international suppliers for the supply and installation of WI-FI Expansion in order to cover new offices and enhance network coverage, resilience, and performance.

Terms of References and Bill of Quantities for the above mentioned service will be sent to emails of interested bidders from the 30^th June 2025. Interested Bidders should express their interest to tender on procurement@bk.rw. Bids with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted not later than the 29^th July 2025 at 3:30PM on an ERP link that will be shared with interested bidders.

Clearly state the price proposals in Rwf for local companies and USD for foreign companies, and payment terms. Provide a comprehensive Solution design document, deployment and integration plan, technical documentation, A training program for IT staff for the new infrastructure and post deployment support and maintenance recommendations. provide resume detailing the qualifications and experiences of key staff on the project, the warranty period and any other relevant information specified service in the Terms of References.
