Bank of Kigali is committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and accountability. To facilitate the reporting of unethical conduct, fraud, and other irregularities, we seek to outsource our whistleblower process to a professional service provider. Therefore, Bank of Kigali PLC invites local, regional and international service providers to submit bids to undertake the implementation of whistleblower process on its behalf.

Terms of References for the above mentioned service will be sent to emails of interested bidders from the 22nd August 2024. Interested Bidders should express their interest to tender on procurement@bk.rw. Bids with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted not later than the 04th September 2024 at 3:30PM on an ERP link that will be shared with interested bidders.

Clearly state the price proposals in Rwf or USD and payment terms. Submit a detailed company profile, provide information on technical and managerial capabilities of the firm, provide information on the proposed approach and implementation period, provide resume on the qualifications of the key staff on the project. provide Company's registration certificate, valid Tax clearance certificates, Proof of financial capacity and Any other information required in the ToRs.
