Mail Address
Phone/Whatsapp Number
Full Company Bank Details

Year of experience
Key Contact Person with detailed Identifications
(c) As many as possible references with minimum of 5 similar business deals provided to companies.
(d)Valid Tax Clearance or equivalent for abroad Bidders
(e)Valid RSSB Clearance or equivalent for abroad Bidders
(f)Any other relevant information related to bidding.

For more information enabling interested bidders to make their bids properly will be available upon request through the following email address of “tender@horizongroup.rw”; but this should be raised considering that bids submission date will not be changed.
Deadline for bids submission is 28th/10/2022 not later than 4pm and bids should be submitted in hard copy and sealed envelope with subject stating the Item/Lot they bided for; at Horizon Group Reception Desk, in M&M Plaza Building, KG8 Gishushu/Rebero/Gasabo/Kigali.
NB: Only abroad (Overseas) bidders will be allowed to submit their bids online through “tender@horizongroup.rw”
