PUBLIC TENDER ANOUNCEMENT

Tender title: Public tender for provision of sanitary pads for vulnerable Adolescent Girls and Young Women (AGYW) IGIRE-JYAMBERE beneficiaries

The deadline for submission of bids: 4/12/2024 at 11:00 a.m.

DUHAMIC-ADRI is implementing a five-year PEPFAR/USAID Program named IGIRE-JYAMBERE “ODA” in all 10 sectors of Nyarugenge Districts; would like to invite all interested companies or firms to supply 143,148 unit of 10 pieces of sanitary pads to the benefit all AGYW DREAMS beneficiaries.

The selection of best bidder will be done using under and in compliance with the Least Cost Selection (LCS) methods and procedures described in the tender document hereby attached.

The prices proposed in the financial proposal (quotation) shall include all related taxes. The samples can be visited at DUHAMIC-ADRI Kicukiro head offices during business hours (Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm).

Bids will be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Executive Secretary of DUHAMIC-ADRI at Kicukiro head office no later than Wednesday 4/12/2024 at 11:00 a.m.

The public opening of bids is fixed on the same day at 11:30 a.m at the headquarters of DUHAMIC-ADRI.
