Job Responsibilities
• Manage the quantities and costs on a construction project
• Help to ensure that the construction project is completed within its projected budget
• Measure and value the work done on site
• Undertake cost analysis for the work produced by the contractor
• Perform risk, value management and cost control
• Advise on a procurement strategy
• Identify, analyse and develop responses to commercial risks
• Provide advice on contractual claims
• Analyse outcomes and write detailed progress reports
• Value completed work and arrange payments

Job Qualifications
• Firstly, you will share our genuine passion for re-imaging engineering and be someone that actively pursues continuous learning to help shape the future.
• You will also need to have a relevant Diploma/Certificate in Quantity Survey with good knowledge of Qs software.
• At least 3 years’ experience in Projects in East African Countries, preferable in Rwanda.
• Must have an eye for detail and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Willingness to learn and ability to remain flexible as priorities shift is a must.
