Key Responsibilities

Cost estimation, preparation of bills of quantities, measurement of works, and interim/final payment certification.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree or higher in the respective field.
  • Proven experience in similar projects, preferably in Rwanda or East Africa.
  • Familiarity with Rwandan construction standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team
