TENDER NOTICE (TN) INVITATION FOR BID

TITLE: Re-advertisement of Supply beverages and different kitchen equipment to Cleaner Production and Climate Innovation Centre (CPCIC). 

CLIENT: Cleaner Production and Climate Innovation Center (CPCIC) 

CLEANER PRODUCTION AND CLIMATE INNOVATION CENTER (CPCIC) hereby invites bids from eligible bidders specialized in supplying beverage and kitchen equipment to submit bids for supply beverages and kitchen equipment to CPCIC. 

Participation is open on equal conditions to all companies specialized in the field specified above. The company must be registered with the relevant authority of the Republic of Rwanda and should not be on the blacklist recorded by Rwanda Public Procurement Authority (RPPA). 

Tender document may be obtained by lodging a request at procurement_cpcic@nirda.gov.rw

CPCIC is committed to environmental protection and hence, no physical documents will be issued. Only those who will have requested the tender document through email will be eligible to bid.

Bids shall be accompanied by a bid security from financial institutions or insurance company equivalent to One Hundred Thousand Rwandan Francs (RWF100,000).

Well-presented bids, properly organized, must be delivered to the CPCIC Offices, located in Kigali City Tower, 13^th Floor not later than December 14th, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. Rwanda time. Late bids shall not be accepted. 

Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives on the same day at 10:30 a.m. local time.
