TENDER TITLE: REHABILITATION WORKS & NEW BUILDINGS CONSTRUCTION AT SOS GIKONGORO LOCATION

SOS CHILDREN’S VILLAGES RWANDA (SOS CV RWANDA hereby invites sealed bids from eligible bidders specialized in construction works to submit their offers for the tender related to rehabilitation works & new buildings construction at SOS Gikongoro location at Nyamagabe District. Participation is open on equal conditions to all companies or enterprises specialized in the field and falling in category F of RPPA for companies operating in the field of building and civil engineering as per August, 2025. The company must not be on the blacklist record of any recognized national or international Institutions. 

Tender Document may be obtained by lodging a request at sos.procurement@sos-rwanda.org upon attachment of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of RWF 10,000 (Ten thousand Rwandan Francs) paid to the account of SOS Children’s Villages Rwanda account number: 400418314910177 entitled SOS-CV RWANDA TRUST opened in BPR. (No physical documents shall be allowed).

All bids “shall” be accompanied by a “a bid security from recognized commercial banks equivalent to One Million, Five Hundred Thousand Rwanda Francs (1,500,000 Frw). A compulsory sit visit will be conducted at SOS-Gikongoro-Nyamagabe District, on 05/09/2025 from 10h30 a.m to 11h30 a.m at SOS Gikongoro-Nyamagabe. Note, that all companies to take site visit must register their addresses first at the reception of SOS Gikongoro.

Well-presented bids, properly organised, signed, stamped plus a soft copy on flash disk or CD must be submitted to SOS CHILDREN’S VILLAGES RWANDA head office/board room /Procurement Office, located at Kacyiru, on the road to Nyarutarama golf club not later than 15/09/2025, at 11:00 a.m local time.Late bids shall be rejected.
