Rwanda Green Fund is seeking a Renewable Energy Specialist to contribute to sustainable urban development and climate action in Rwanda.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct energy demand assessments for various applications
- Prepare technical designs, specifications, and drawings
- Evaluate clean cooking and thermal energy options
- Lead procurement and contract management activities
- Supervise construction and ensure quality assurance
- Manage operations, maintenance, and capacity building
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's in Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, or Energy Systems
- Minimum 5 years' experience in renewable energy projects
- Expertise in solar PV and off-grid solutions
- Registration with a professional body is an asset
