PROCUREMENT NOTICE FOR THE FOLLOWING TENDER

PAX PRESS, registered in Rwanda as a Non-Governmental Organization, with its head offices located in Gasabo district, KN 5 Rd, Kigali City, notifies entrepreneurs who wish and have the capacity about the following tenders:

3. Transport Services

Those wishing to bid on these tenders can get the tender documents containing instructions on how to bid after paying a non-refundable amount of Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs, (10,000 Frw) to PAX PRESS account number 00043 00371490-47/RWF in Bank of Kigali.

A payment confirmation/receipt clearly indicating the name of the tender being competed for should be sent to the following email: paxpress.info@gmail.com. Tender documents will be sent to your emails no later than 48 hours after receipt of the payment confirmation.

Submission Procedure

Notified bidding documents containing the required documents must be submitted to the above-mentioned PAX PRESS email by 23/09/ 2021 at 4:00 PM.

Opening of received bidding documents will be held on 24/09/ 2021 at 11:00 AM.

To prevent the spread of the Covid-19 virus, we will use zoom and no physical opening will be done. A zoom link shall be shared with you.
