 Please note also the following:

• All the quotations should be submitted in sealed envelopes with the following mentions: “RFQ-2023/08/Op/Log/016 : Request for quotation to buy Urwego Bank Vehicles, and indicate plate number between bracket of your chosen vehicle,
• Submit your sealed envelopes to the bank’s reception at its head office located at , Plot 428, KN5 RD, UMUYENZI PLAZA, Remera Sector,Gasabo, Tel. +250 788173100,
• The bidder is requested to mention his address on the same envelope
• The quotations received, and acknowledged at the HO, will be opened and analyzed for selection by the Bank’s team which will thereafter inform each bidder of the selection decision.
• The selected bidder will be the one with the highest price compared to others.
• Selected bidder must be ready to pay or deposit immediately and not later than the following day at 3:00pm after notification atleast 30% of the total price to Urwego Bank’s asset account (RWF182021020) and present the bank slip on the same day.
• The selected bidder must be raady to pay the total outstanding amount within 5 working days, and failure to pay the total amount, notification will be cancelled and chance will be given to the second best bidder.
• The selected bidder will be given the yellow card and keys after the full payment, and both parties will sign a sale agreement and do transfter of ownership in RRA to the new owner of the vehicle within two days.

• Description of each car on sale is on the attachment.
