1. About the Organization 

Rwanda We Want is a non-governmental organization registered under law N°04/2012, article 16 of 17/02/2012 governing the organization and the functioning of national non-governmental organizations. It is registered by the Rwanda Governance Board (RGB) under the registration number N° 556/RGB/NGO/LP/10/2019.

Rwanda We Want Organization has various areas of focus namely: Unity & resilience, Youth Empowerment, and Youth Sexual Reproductive Health, and to tackle all those areas, Rwanda We Want Organization has different programs which includes Ndashoboye Program: 

Ndashoboye program is a project that will contribute towards youth empowerment by facilitating economic empowerment for marginalized and vulnerable teen mothers. The project will use a wholistic approach to the teen mothers’ reintegration into society. It will use a three-fold approach to equip them with employable skills namely tailoring and financial literacy to allow them to generate income for themselves, and provide them with counseling services and knowledge about family planning. 2. Main Objective 

Rwanda We Want Organization seeks a reputable company in Rwanda to supply 28 Sewing Machines in Muhanga District.

3. Mandatory Bidding Documents.

• Submission letter
• RDB certificate of registration
• A good detailed financial offer/Quote
• Compliance form with technical specification of the machines indicated above.

Quote Requirements  

• Detailed breakdown of costs like per machine.
• Indicate delivery/transport cost if applicable.
• Indicate delivery timelines for all 28 machines in Muhanga district. 

Note: The payment should be made 100% after delivery to the site in Muhanga District by bank transfer and after receiving the EBM receipt.
