Job Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate implementation of LODA’s resource mobilization strategy
- Create annual and periodic plans for partnership and resource mobilization
- Develop donor profiles, solicitation strategies, and maintain donor relations
- Recommend innovative funding opportunities
- Map potential funders for LODA’s activities and services ("LODA portfolio")
- Maintain and update database of possible partners and funders (CG, DPs, CSOs, etc.)
- Analyze potential for additional funding from government budget sources
- Engage potential donors and CSOs using LODA’s service portfolio
- Draft business cases and proposals for development partners
- Initiate tools and procedures to monitor and evaluate resource mobilization
- Plan and implement fundraising events
- Monitor implementation of resource mobilization strategy and available grants
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and briefs for resource mobilization
- Draft, revise, and monitor donor agreements
- Liaise with donors and stakeholders in consultation with DG
- Organize annual events with DPs and technical divisions to promote LODA’s portfolio
- Perform other duties as assigned by the General Directors of LODA
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics with 3 years relevant experience
- Master’s Degree in Finance with 1 year relevant experience
- Master’s Degree in Economics with 1 year relevant experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Public Policy with 3 years relevant experience
- Master’s Degree in Public Policy with 1 year relevant experience
- Master’s Degree in Management with 1 year relevant experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Development Studies with 3 years relevant experience
- Master’s Degree in Development Studies with 1 year relevant experience
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration with 1 year relevant experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance with 3 years relevant experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with 3 years relevant experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in International Finance with 3 years relevant experience
- Master’s Degree in International Finance with 1 year relevant experience
