What you’ll do
- WhatsApp first responder (1-hour SLA): manage high message volumes, follow up diligently, and convert inquiries into booked consultations.
- Front-of-house excellence: welcome a high volume of in-person meetings daily at our office, prepare rooms and uphold our first-class service standard.
- CRM & records ownership: capture complete client data, keep stages and notes up to date, upload documents, and track progress meticulously.
- Scheduling & coordination: manage the calendar, confirm attendance, send reminders and coordinate next steps after meetings.
- Sales support & conversion: confidently convince and persuade prospective clients, qualify needs, share service information, issue quotes/invoices and record payments.
- Data protection & discretion: use consent language, store files only in company systems, and maintain confidentiality.
- Reporting: prepare simple KPI summaries (responses, meetings booked, show rate, conversions, data completeness).
What you’ll bring
- Fluent Kinyarwanda (spoken/written) and strong English; professional, welcoming presence. French is a bonus.
- Demonstrated experience handling high-volume messaging and high-volume in-person meetings.
- Confident, persuasive communicator who can convince and motivate clients to take the next step.
- Super-organized work style: excellent time management, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets/Drive) and professional email/phone etiquette.
- CRM experience is a bonus (no specific platform required).
- Legally authorized to work in Rwanda and available for overtime when needed.
