  • Front-of-house excellence: welcome a high volume of in-person meetings daily at our office, prepare rooms and uphold our first-class service standard.
  • CRM & records ownership: capture complete client data, keep stages and notes up to date, upload documents, and track progress meticulously.
  • Scheduling & coordination: manage the calendar, confirm attendance, send reminders and coordinate next steps after meetings.
  • Sales support & conversion: confidently convince and persuade prospective clients, qualify needs, share service information, issue quotes/invoices and record payments.
  • Data protection & discretion: use consent language, store files only in company systems, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Reporting: prepare simple KPI summaries (responses, meetings booked, show rate, conversions, data completeness).
