Position: Senior Business Banker (2)
Location 1: Gisozi Branch, Kigali (new)
Location 2: Remera Branch

Key Responsibilities:
• Client Outreach and Acquisition.
• Loan Application Processing.
• Conducting thorough background checks and creditworthiness assessments of potential borrowers.
• Analyzing financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant information to assess the risk of lending.
• Client Relationship Management.
• Loan Monitoring.
• Maintain exceptional customer service standards and ensure compliance with credit and operational risk regulations.

Requirements and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in economics, Management, Finance, or Banking.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a business banker, loan officer or SME relationship officer roles within financial institutions.
• Strong negotiation and networking skills.
• Proficiency in numerical analysis.
• Attention to details.
