Job Title: Service Engineer
Department: Services Department
Reporting To: Head of Service Department - Vitronic AE
Job Summary
The Service Engineer will provide support to the Service Team Leader during the field, managing all Set-Up and installation, repair, and do the maintenance of the equipment and commissioning. He will have to diagnose errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions. .

Responsibilities
• Provide the service to the client during the field test.
• Tie workflow to schedule that provided by the service leader or service manager.
• Manage all requirement things on the site (installation, repair maintenance, and test task).
• Provide the demonstration of the equipment.
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine the proper solutions.
• Processing of documents related to each work and open tickets.
• Operate vehicle in a safe manner during the duty.
• Follow all companies filed procedures and protocols.
• Cooperate with the service team and share the information across the organization.
• Attend calls and requests from the service leaders or service manager to avoid any delays.
• Provide the required service to our client to keep him\her satisfied after-sales.
• Handling stock inventory including the machines in and out process.
• Replaces parts and components and keep detailed, organized records of all repair work done on each machine.
• Keep work area clean, neat and to company standards, especially to ensure the safety of all team members.
• Communicates with service leaders about parts ordered, parts required, and timeliness of order completion.

Requirements
• Technical Degree or Certification
• Having minimum 0 to 1 year of experience in the same Field
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
• Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
• Driving License
