Urunana Development Communication is a fully registered Non Government Organization (NGO) specialized in development communication strategies focusing mainly at improving health and social welfare of the Rwandan population using the behaviour and social change communication approach.

Urunana Development Communication (Urunana DC) is a national Non-Government Organization registered in Rwanda with legal entity No. 138/11 of 27th December 2006. The organization implements a Social and Behaviour Change Communication (SBCC) program largely using entertainment-education communication approaches to raise awareness among target populations, on various public health issues. The SBCC program has its foundation in the Well Women Media Projects which were implemented in Rwanda by a UK charity organization, Health Unlimited (currently “Health Poverty Action”) since 1998. Urunana DC is a specialized organization in social and behavior change communication through edutainment approaches. The communication products of Urunana DC include; Radio soap opera, serial drama, radio sketches, radio spots, radio magazine programs, TV drama and spots and community outreach activities including community theatre shows. Urunana DC wishes to recruit a Session Script Writer to provide script writing services whenever need arises.

A Session Script Writer will be selected in accordance with the recruitment procedures in the HR policy of Urunana DC. Further information can be obtained at the address below during office hours 08h00 to 17h00 hours.
