We JVK International Movers are one of the reputed professional Relocation company which has presence in Asia, Pacific & Africa regions, basically we are the Relocation/Moving service providing company, we pack and move personal household goods from one place to other (locally, domestic and International) - this is purely a service providing company. We are now looking for expansion in few other African countries. Thus planning to have a few local staff appointing there in Kigali, Rwanda to take care of our business as our employee.

JOB DETAILS:
We, therefore, looking for some Shipping/Operations Coordinator from operations or customer service department, preferable from the Moving & Relocation Industry who are well experienced (or at least 2-3 years) and have good knowledge of this Moving/Relocation Industry.

Shipping/Operations Coordinator Job descriptions

• Having good communication skill in the English language.
  
• Should have Relocation/Moving Industry experience of at least 3-4 years.
  
• Should be able to conduct a pre-move survey of household goods at client’s house with a good knowledge of volume/weights assessment.
  
• Can handle operation task like; arranging packers/loaders, transport truck for packing/delivery of import shipments.
  
• Should be able to contact shipping forwarders for both air and sea for getting freight rates and later executing the forwarding of shipments export.
  
• Should be able to coordinate and arrange customs clearance of shipments for both air and sea import/exports.
  
• Visit client for meetings to understand their requirements and be smart enough to ensure the arrangements are executed liaising with our office staff.
  
• Should have best local city knowledge and intelligent enough to plan the entire operations while handling throughout the ongoing process for shipment - for both import/exports.
