You are requested to submit your best offer at SBL’s reception no later than 28th/11/2022 at 5:00PM in a sealed envelope marked " Submission of offer for purchase of reused packing materials and recycled waste " addressed to the CEO of SBL.

N.B:
1. SBL will internally group items a few categories upon reception of offers, as we may receive interesting offers per item from different bidders, consequently, there might be few different bidders.
2. Please specify in your offer the unit price of what you want per item in Rwandan Francs and mention your complete identity or company full registration and contacts;
3. The offers will be received upon presentation of a non-refundable proof of payment of 10,000 Rwf to SBL's account 00018-01390047888-51/ RWF at COGEBANK;
4. The selection of bidders will be based on SBL's procurement guidelines, and the opening of bids will be carried out internally by SBL's procurement team behind closed doors;
5. Only successful candidates will be communicated;
6. Skol Brewery Ltd. reserves the right to accept or refuse offers below its minimum price;
7. Skol Brewery Ltd. declines all responsibilities after purchase.
