TITLE: SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, AND TRAINING OF LABORATORY EQUIPMENT AND FURNITURE.

THE PROTESTANT INSTITUTE OF ARTS AND SOCIAL SCIENCES (PIASS) is launching an open national invitation to tender:

Supply, installation, and training of laboratory equipment for the faculty of architecture and green technologies

Participation in the competition is open on equal terms to companies specialized in the field of supply, installation, and training of laboratory equipment and furniture and registered by the Rwanda Development Board (RDB)

• A mandatory site visit is scheduled for 05/10/2021 at 10:30 am local time at PIASS and will be guided by the PIASS representative (s).
• The cost of the tender document is fifty thousand Rwandan francs (50,000Frw) paid into the account N ° 00050-07755179-05 RWF opened at the Bank of Kigali (BK) in the name of PIASS / CONSTRUCTION PROJET 0215. This amount is non-refundable.
• The tenders will be written in French or English, accompanied by a tender guarantee of five million Rwandan francs (5,000,000frw).
• Submission deadline: 12/10/2021 at 10:30 am local time.
• Date, time, and place of opening of tenders: 12/10/2021 at 11:00 am local hours at PIASS Huye.
