Subject: Supply Stationary, Sanitary materials, Essentials Drugs,Medical Supplies, Laboratory Reagents & Others various items, (Umbrella, Igitenge, Boots,…)
Africa Humanitarian Action (AHA) is inviting eligible and qualified bidders to
participate in bidding process to submit expression of interest for the following
services;
• Supply of different Stationary materials for the period 1 January 2023 to
• December 2023
• Supply of different Sanitary materials for the period 1 January 2023 to
•December 2023
• Retail Pharmacy for supply of Essential Drugs, Medical Supplies &
• Laboratory Reagents for the period 1 January 2023 to December 2023.
• Supply various items, (Umbrella, Igitenge, Rain Coasts, Boots, Bodaboda,..)

Submission Procedure
Interested bidders are kindly requested to submit Expression of Interest with the

• RDB Registration Document
• VAT Registration Certificate
• RSSB Clearance Certificate
• RRA Clearance Certificate
• Licence from RFDA, (Pharmacy)
