Dear Bidders,

Prime Insurance Ltd is pleased to invite qualified and experienced bidders to submit proposals for the supply and full configuration of a FortiGate 100F firewall. The configuration should comprehensively cover all necessary security features required by our company, ensuring optimal protection for our network infrastructure.

Bid Requirements:

• Bidders are required to submit proof of payment of a non-refundable feeof twenty thousand (20,000) Rwandan Francs. Payments should be made to the Prime Insurance Ltd account at Equity Bank (Account No: 4003200206408).
• The proof of paymentmust be included with the bid documents for consideration.

Submission of Proposals:
Bidders must submit their Technical and Financial proposals physically in a sealed envelope to Prime Insurance Ltd's Head Office. The envelope should clearly indicate "FortiGate 100F Firewall Bid" and contain one original and one copy of the proposal. The deadline for submission is 28th October 2024 at 5:00 PM Kigali Time.
