Under the Gikuriro Kuri Bose project that's being supported by USAID through CRS with UMUHUZA invites local suppliers to bid for the opportunity to supply and deliver 10 Laptop computers , their Specifications are found in the tender document.

The related tender document is provided after presenting a payment slip of non-refundable 10,000 RWF on bank account number 25043589001 of Umuhuza Organization in I&M Bank, Kigali-Rwanda.
The bids will be presented in two copies of which, an original and one copy in a sealed envelope that must be deposited at the UMUHUZA head Office located at Kigali-Remera- Rukiri II, KG 125 ST 3 Near IKARO PLAZA and Remera Bus Station, latest on June 22nd, 2022 at 15:00

The tender document detailing requirements of the tender is available to be collected at UMUHUZA reception.
Bids must include: Item name, unit and cost, delivery period, EBM registration certificate, RDB certificate, VAT certificate, Tax Clearance certificate, Performance letters/ Letters of successful completion from three recognized companies in similar/related supply and payment slip of 10,000 RWF non-refundable.
