The Albertine Rift Conservation Society (ARCOS) invites companies or individuals to submit proposals for the development of the business model for ARCOS value chain products. This competition is open to all eligible bidders under equal conditions.

Interested bidders can obtain the tender documents from the ARCOS Head Office, located at KN 14 AV, No. 47, Kimihurura, Kigali. A complete set of bidder documents in English is also available from ARCOS office upon presentation of proof of payment for a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwandan Francs (10,000 Rwf). Payments should be made to the ARCOS-MACEI account: 100023523846, Bank of Kigali.

The documents will be available during working days from 28^th to 31^st July 2025, until 5:00 PM. Bids should include both technical and financial offers, which must be submitted in English. These should be properly bound and presented in two copies (original and copy). All documents must be placed in sealed envelopes and delivered to the ARCOS Head Office no later than 8^th August 2025 at 11:00 AM. The tender opening will take place the same day at 11:30 AM.
