TITLE OF THE TENDER: TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF AUTOMATIC RIVER GAUGING STATIONS ON NTARUKA “A”, RUKARARA I AND RWONDO HYDROPOWER PLANTS

TENDER NUMBER: ICBG/001/05/NE/21

1. Ngali Energy is Rwandan company specializing in the development, Operations and maintenance of energy assets in Rwanda and the region. Ngali Energy is a fully owned subsidiary of Ngali Holdings Ltd.
2. Ngali Energy herein after referred to as “the Client” now invites interested suppliers for the supply and installation of Automatic River gauging Stations on Ntaruka “A”, Rukarara I and Rwondo Hydropower Plants.
3. Soft copy of tender document in English may be obtained from Ngali Energy Procurement Office or by sending a request to chantal.munezero@ngali.com, at Head Office, Located at Bodifa Mercy House 5^th Floor, KG 624 ST Kimihurura (Opp.Parliament), Gasabo.
4. Bidding documents written in English will be electronically obtained from 21 May 2021 via procurement.ngalienergy@ngali.com  or via point five below.
5. Well prepared bids, properly organized, scanned and copied on Flash disk or External hard disk  must reach the Procurement Office at Bodifa Mercy House 5^th Floor, KG 624ST Kimihurura (Opp. Parliament), Gasabo, not later than 21^st June , 2021  at 10h00AM (CAT). Late bids will be rejected.
6. Bids will not be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives because of COVID -19 restrictions. Bids will be opened, evaluated and all bidders will be notified accordingly
