1. The KABAYA DISTRICT HOSPITAL invites eligible companies for Supply and installation of Dental Chair.
This tender comprises 1 lot.
2. Bid Documents in English may be obtained from the e-Procurement system for Rwanda (umucyo.gov.rw) free of charge. For submission of their bids, all interested bidder must pay a non-refundable fee of nine thousand, and five hundred Rwandan francs (9,400 frw) on the account of Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA) opened at different commercial banks.
3. All bids will be submitted online using the e-procurement system: The date and time are indicated in the e procurement system; bids will be opened the same date at 10:30 local time
4. Any prospective bidder may ask the procuring entity to provide explanations as to the content of the tender document within three sixths (3/6) of the deadline period for the submission of tenders as of the date of tender notice publication.
5. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of: 2% accordingly with the e-procurement instruction
6. The language of bids is French or English and its validity must be 120 days from the date of opening;
7. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Law governing Public Procurement.
