TITLE OF THE TENDER: TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY OF ELECTRICAL MATERIELS FOR YAMBIO THERMAL POWER PLANT

1. Ngali Energy is a Rwandan company specializing in the development, Operations, and maintenance of energy assets in Rwanda and in the region. Ngali Energy is a fully owned subsidiary of Ngali Holdings Ltd.
2. Ngali Energy, herein after referred to as “the Client”, now invites interested suppliers the supply of electrical materials for Yambio thermal power plant.
3. Soft copy of the tender document in English may be obtained from Ngali Energy Procurement Office, located at Bodifa Mercy House, 5^th Floor, KG 624 ST Kimihurura, Gasabo.
4. The bidding document written in English will be obtained from 18^th June 2025 from the above address.
5. Well-prepared bids, properly organized soft, must reach the Procurement Office at procurement.ngalienergy@ngali.com not later than 5^th July 2025 at 10:00 AM Kigali time.
6. Late bids will be rejected.
7. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
