Rwanda Interlink Transport Company (RITCO) Ltd is a public-private partnership transport company that was established to improve public transport services in Rwanda and in the region in order to bring out of isolation citizens living in rural areas facilitating their access to development activities at affordable prices. RITCO HEADQUARTERS in Nyamirambo (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) funded by its own revenues invites all eligible bidders to submit bids for the Supply of Fuel to Ritco. Participation to this tender is open on equal conditions to all companies specialized in the field.

1. Tender Documents in English may be obtained from RITCO’s procurement office upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand (10,000) Rwandan francs paid to the account N0: 100021939018 in Bank of Kigali under Ritco Ltd Allowances.
2. Tender Documents may be obtained on any working day from RITCO Offices during working hours from 8:00am -17:00hrs in the office of procurement.
3. Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed to RITCO HEADQUARTERS in the office of Chief Executive Officer not later than seven (7) days before the fixed date for the submission of bids.
4. Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in 4 copies one of which is the original must reach the office of procurement at the address mentioned above Not later than 25/10/2024 at 10:00 AM. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.
5. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security as shown in the table above issued by a bank or reputable insurance company in Rwanda and shall be attached on bids submitted.
6. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend on 25/10/2024 at RITCO Ltd board room at 10:30 AM.
7. The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title
