TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY OF MOTORCYCLES

ITM Africa Ltd here by invites sealed bids from eligible, qualified, and experienced suppliers for the procurement of motorcycles to support its operations across Rwanda.

1. Background

ITM Africa Ltd seeks to procure motorcycles to facilitate its Human Resources Outsourcing and field operations. The motorcycles will be deployed for assignments including client site visits, field sales, and HR outsourcing activities.

2. Objective

To acquire high-quality motorcycles through a competitive bidding process, ensuring cost-effectiveness, compliance with local regulations, and reliable after-sales support.

3. Scope of Supply

Bidders are expected to supply brand-new motorcycles that meet the following specifications:

• 86 Motorcycles

  (Note: Subject to change based on operational requirements)

5. Supplier Responsibilities

The selected supplier shall:

• Deliver registered motorcycles to ITM Africa in Kigali.
• Handle full legal registration under ITM Africa Ltd.
• Provide a valid manufacturer’s warranty and after-sales service.
• Offer the first free service and rider safety training.
• Install GPS compatible with ITM & Airtel fleet systems.
• Facilitate comprehensive insurance coverage.
• Complete delivery within 30 calendar days from the purchase order.
• Submit all legal compliance documentation.

6. Eligibility Criteria

Interested bidders must provide:

• Valid business registration and operating license in Rwanda.
• Tax clearance certificate from the Rwanda Revenue Authority.
• Proof of at least 3 years' experience in supplying motorcycles, with references from the year 2023.
• Capability to supply spare parts and after-sales services.
• Previous experience in supplying to corporate or institutional clients (preferred).

• Unit price per motorcycle (inclusive of registration, insurance, GPS, and accessories).
• Total cost for 86 motorcycles.
• Detailed cost breakdown.
• Quotation validity (minimum 60 days).
• Proposed payment terms.
• Audited financial statements for current year (2024)
