King Faisal Hospital Rwanda Foundation (KFHRF) is seeking interested and qualified companies to submit bids for the supply of office stationery at KFHRF as indicated in detail in Lot 1 and Lot 2;

The tender is divided into two independent lots:

Lot 1: Supply of Office stationeries

Lot 2: Supply of cartridges

Eligible offers must include the following information to be considered:

• Priced Proposal,
• Validity of the offer,
• Copy of the company’s Certificate of Registration, tax clearance certificate, VAT registration, RSSB clearance and trading license
• 3 certificate of good completion of the similar work

Proposals should be submitted in English, offers in Rwandan francs, addressed to the Executive Secretary, and submitted to rutavogerwa.j@kfhkigali.com by Wednesday, March 12, 2025 at 2:00 PM Central Africa Time (CAT). Please note that this letter is not a binding contract.
