SUPPLY OF OFFICE STATIONERIES AND PRINTING CONSUMABLES FOR TRAFFIC POLICE ON FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT

Rwanda National Police(RNP) (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) has received funds from the Government of Rwanda (GoR), budget year 2022-2023 towards the cost of the following tender for SUPPLY OF OFFICE STATIONARIES AND PRINTING CONSUMABLES FOR TRAFFIC POLICE ON FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT (Lot 1: Road safety materials)

 Rwanda National Police invites qualified bidders to submit bids for the above mentioned tender as indicated in a detailed statement of requirements. The tender document may be accessed online at Umucyo e-procurement system for Rwanda ( www.umucyo.gov.rw ).

 For submission of their bids, all interested bidders must pay non-refundable fee of Eight thousand Rwandan francs (8,000Frw) on the accounts of Rwanda Revenue Authority opened at any commercial Bank.

 All bids shall be accompanied by a bid security as per e-procurement system.

All bids will be submitted online using the E-Procurement system. Late bids will not be accepted by the system. Bids will be opened automatically by the E-Procurement system on the same day.

 The bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the submission deadline above mentioned.
