• The tender document may be obtained on any working day at Rwanda Printery Company Ltd situated at Remera near REB (Rwanda Education Board), P.O Box 3854 Kigali, Administration Office, Tel: (+250) 0788467506 from 28/022022, upon presentation of a receipt of a non-refundable fee of Ten thousand Rwandan francs (10,000 Rwf) paid to the account No 00040 0063643744 for Rwanda Printery Company Ltd opened in Bank of Kigali. The Bank slip must show the following information “DAO/RPC/ Supply of Printing Materials and Machines/ No1/NCB/2022/0B/RPC/February /2022
• Well printed bids written in English language, properly bound and presented in two copies “one of which is the original and one copy of the original” must reach at Rwanda Printery Company Ltd at the above-mentioned address not later than 11/03/2022 at 3:00 pm. Late bids shall be rejected.
• The opening of bids will take place the same day on 11/03/2022 at 3:00 pm in the Board room, in the presence of the bidders or their representatives.
