TITLE: SUPPLY OF PRODUCTION PRINTING MATERIALS AND OFFICE CONSUMABLES

RWANDA PRINTERY COMPANY LTD (RPC) hereby invite qualified bidders (Locally & International locally registered) to submit their bid Prices for the Supply of production printing materials and office consumables.

1. The tender document may be obtained on any working day at Rwanda Printery Company Ltd situated at Remera near REB (Rwanda Basic Education Board), P.O Box 3854 Kigali, in Procurement Office, Tel: (+250) 0782495405 from 18/01/2024, upon presentation of a receipt of a non-refundable fee of Ten thousand Rwandan francs (10,000Rwf) paid to the account No 00040 0063643744 for Rwanda Printery Company Ltd opened in Bank of Kigali. The Bank slip must show the following information "DAO/RPC/ Supply of PRODUCTION PRINTING MATERIALS AND OFFICE CONSUMABLES N01 NOC/2024/OB/RPC/JANUARY/2024
2. Well printed bids written in English language, properly bound and presented in two copies "one of which is the original and one copy of the original" must reach at Rwanda Printery Company Ltd at the abovementioned address not later than 02/02/2024 at 3:00 pm. Late bids shall be rejected.
3. The opening of bids will take place the same day on 02/02/2024 at 3:20 pm in the RPC Board room, in the presence of the bidders or their representatives.
