SUPPLY OF SCRUBS AND MEDICAL WHITE COATS

King Faisal Hospital Rwanda Foundation (KFHRF) is seeking bids from interested and qualified companies for the Supply of Scrubs and Medical White Coats. Detailed specifications are attached to this tender notice.

Eligibility Requirements

Interested companies must submit offers that include the following:

• Priced Proposal (in Rwandan Francs),
• Validity period of the offer,
• Copy of RDB cerficate, Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration, RSSB Clearance, 
• At least three (3) certificates of good completion of similar supplies (medical scrubs, medical uniforms and/or medical white coats),
• Compliance with the specifications described below

Technical Specifications

1. Delivery timeline: The company must be able to deliver within 15 days from the date of order.
2. Embroidery Requirement:
   • All scrubs and white coats must have the AHSU logo embroidered directly above the pocket (the Logo will be provided to the successful bidder).
   • Each scrub color will have a corresponding logo color assigned.
3. Fabric Requirement: 50% Cotton and 50% Polyester.
