TITLE: SUPPLY OF SELF ADHESIVE PAPER BAGS WITH WINDOWS

SOURCE OF FUNDING: ORDINARY BUDGET

1. The RWANDA PRINTERY COMPANY LTD (RPC) hereby invite qualified bidders to submit their bids for the Supply of self-adhesive water proof paper bag.
2. The tender document may be obtained on any working day at Rwanda Printery Company Ltd situated at Remera near REB (Rwanda Education Board), O Box 3854 Kigali, Administration Office, Tel: (+250) 0785830564 from 23/10/2023, upon presentation of a receipt of a non-refundable fee of Ten thousand Rwandan francs (10,000 Rwf) paid to the account N^o 00040 063643744 for Rwanda Printery Company Ltd opened in Bank of Kigali. The Bank slip must show the following information “DAO/RPC/ Supply of Self Adhesive paper bags with windows, /No 03/NCB/2023/0B/RPC/Oct/2023
3. Well printed bids written in English language, properly bound and presented in two copies “one of which is the original and one copy” must reach at Rwanda Printery Company Ltd at the above-mentioned address not later than 06 /11/2023. Late bids will be rejected.
4. The submission and opening of bids will take place the same day on 06/11/2023 at 3:30 pm in the Board room, in the presence of the bidders or their representatives.
