Supply of Training Equipment and Consumables for the Project „PartnerRwanda“
The Bildungswerk der Baden-Württembergischen e.V. (BIWE) is a German international non-governmental organization and implements the „PartnerRwanda“ in Rwanda.
The aim of the project „PartnerRwanda“ is to train 500-1000 unemployed Rwandans to support them to find employment or work self-employed and also to work directly with companies to create employment opportunities. For the dual-training of Automotive Technology at the IPRC Kigali BIWE needs educational equipment and consumables in order to provide theoretical and practical training.
BIWE wishes to contract a legally recognized service provider (company) to procure and supply the training equipment (see annex) for the dual-training trade of Automotive Technology (TRLAUT3001).

• Since Biwe is a non-profit-organization and IPRC a public organization the offer must include the information which documents must be provided by Biwe and IPRC to the offering company to assure customs and tax exemption
• Maintenance until December 2023

2 Organize training of the end users of the equipment Offer for training with report and participants list for use
Requirements of the Service Provider:
• Certificate of Incorporation
• With a tract record or experience of handling and supply hardware
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
• Knowledge of latest models and series of different automobile educational equipment
• Indicate the time of delivery
• Proforma-Invoice of the conducted service and equipment

Submission Procedure
The payment is upon delivery and after preliminary verification. Interested companies should send in their offer clearly labelled „Supply of Training Equipment Automotive“ to the contact person until the 28th Februrary 2022.
