Trinity Metals Limited was formed in 2022 with the consolidation of three Rwandan Mines:

Rutongo Mines Limited, Trinity Nyakabingo Mine Ltd and Trinity Musha Mines Ltd.

Trinity Metals is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to Supply Trees and Timber to all the three Mine Sites.

Summary of Supply required:

• Supply of Timber of different sizes to all three Mine Sites.
• Supply of Trees of different sizes to all three Mine Sites.

All interested parties should submit an Expressions of Interest in accordance with the below requirements complete with supporting documents.

• Application Letter introducing your Company/Individual with a brief business and experience profile.
• Certificate of domestic company registration issued by RDB, where applicable
• VAT Registration, where applicable
• Valid income tax clearance issued by RRA
• At least three certificates of supply completion and value of previous Work undertaken in Rwanda.

Expression of interest proposal submission to be forwarded to tender@trinity-metals.comby not later than 16^th May 2025 at 11:00AM Local time.

Expressions of Interest received after 11:00AM on 16th May 2025. will unfortunately not be considered.

Further discussion will be undertaken with selected respondents to prove the competency of the applicant and thereafter an invitation to the tender will be provided to the successful applicant (s).
