Supply of flowers and Flower pots maintenance service

We are looking for a potential Supplier for Supply of flowers and Flower pots maintenance service. At Kigali Marriott Hotel and Four points by Sheraton Kigali.

The successful bidder will be awarded a contract as per attached scope.

Kindly submit your sealed bids to Kigali Marriott loss prevention office(Security office) and Cutoff Date 9^th May 2025.

1. Bid is registered in our log book at loss prevention office at Marriott.
2. Write your company name.
3. Write the Bid Name.
4. In case of email, Bids should only be addresses to Mr. Patrick our HR Assistant Manager only on this email address Patrick.Niyitegeka@marriott.com.
5. Note: bids by email will only be sent to Patrick and he will print them and put in a sealed envelope for registration in the bids logo book.
