Urwego Finance CBC hereby invites interested professional companies to submit their financial proposal for construction and reinforcement of strong room at Urwego Finance Gisozi and Rusizi branch.

All the bids documents should be submitted in sealed envelopes with the following mentions: “RFQ 2025/06/Sec/Log/013 Tender construction and reinforcement the strong room at Urwego Finance CBC at at Urwego Finance Gisozi and Rusizi branch, and submitted to the Urwego’s reception at its head office located at , Plot 428, KG5 RD, UMUYENZI PLAZA, Remera Sector,Gasabo, Tel. +250 788173100, Website: www.urwegofinance.com;

• The quotations received, and acknowledged at the HO, will be opened and analyzed for selection by the Urwego Finance Tender Committee Members who will thereafter inform each bidder of the selection decision.
• The quotations should include the RRA certificate; a valid tax Clearance certificate issued by RRA, RDB certificate (Registre de Commerce). Note that the bidder should be in the field tying with this present tender as per RDB registration certificate; Alson note that he company must be specialized in construction or welding, as we will be building with metal;
• A mandatory site visit is is planned every day from 8:30 am up to 5:00 pm
• Description of the work and material desired to to be used is on attachment.
• The selected company will be paid after completion of work and approval from the security manager or branch manager.
