TENDER TITLE: PROVISION OF MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT AT KING FAISAL HOSPITAL, RWANDA

TENDER REFERENCE NUMBER: 33/NCS/NCB//2024-2025/KFHR

King Faisal Hospital Rwanda, hereinafter called ‘’Client” funded by its ordinary budget, towards the cost of the Provision of services for maintenance of sewage treatment plant at King Faisal Hospital, Rwanda. The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued.

King Faisal Hospital Rwanda invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the Provision of maintenance services for sewage treatment plant at King Faisal Hospital, Rwanda as indicated in detail in the statement of Requirements.

Rwanda. The tender is subdivided into the following two lots:

Lot 1: Provision of maintenance services for sewage treatment plant at KEA/ KFHR

Lot 2: Provision of maintenance services for OPD sewage treatment plant at KFHR

3.Tender Documents in English may be obtained from the King Faisal Hospital Procurement Department from 08:30 to 16:30 hours, Monday to Friday, except on public holidays and week-ends upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of 10,000 Rwf to the account No. 6775021405 opened in ECOBANK, in the name of King Faisal Hospital, Rwanda.

• All bids “shall” be accompanied by a “Bid Security” of 200,000 Rwf, for each lot duly signed and sealed by the guarantor (recognized Bank/Insurance Company). This bid security shall be valid until thirty days after the bid validity period.
• Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed to the Director of Procurement through the email: procurement@kfhkigali.com , King Faisal Hospital, Gasabo District, Kigali City, P.O. Box 2534 – Kigali – Rwanda.
• Compulsory site visit is scheduled to this Wednesday, May 21^st, 2025 at King Faisal Hospital, Rwanda, from 10h00 to 11h00 am local time and the departure for visiting is fixed KFH, R, and Procurement Office.
• Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in 3 copies one of which is the original must reach King Faisal Hospital at the address mentioned above, not later than 2:00pm local time May 27^th, 2025. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.
• The bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at King Faisal Hospital, Rwanda at the address mentioned below, not later than 2:30 pm local time on May 27^th, 2025.
• The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title
