PUBLIC NOTICE: TENDER FOR SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, AND COMMISSIONING OF AIR-COOLED CHILLER SYSTEM

Ecobank Rwanda invites interested companies to submit tenders for the supply, installation, and commissioning of an air-cooled chiller system with the following specifications:

• 7 Indoor Units:
  • 4 units of 36,000 BTU
  • 3 units of 24,000 BTU

Interested companies should submit their Expression of Interest and request for Request for proposal via email to allerw-ebs@ecobank.com

Submission Guidelines:

• Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes.
• All bids should be delivered to Ecobank Rwanda Headquarters at KN3rd AV no later than Friday, 29th November 2024 at 5PM.

Late submissions or bids that do not follow the required guidelines will not be considered.
